🎓 Higher Secondary Admission Procedure

🔹 Step 1: Log in to 👉 www.mccollegeonline.co.in
🔹 Step 2: Click on ‘Apply Online’ → Select ‘New Enrollment’
🔹 Step 3: Register by paying the enrollment fees via online payment gateway
⚠ Use only a functional mobile number and email ID!
🔹 Step 4: Download and read the Prospectus carefully before selecting subjects
🔹 Step 5: Log in again and fill up the Online Application Form
🔹 Step 6: Upload soft copies of required documents along with your photo
🔹 Step 7: Submit the hard copy of the application form at the College Office
🔹 Step 8: The Merit List will be published on the college notice board

💡 Important Guidelines:
✅ No face-to-face interviews for admission as per Govt. Order (OM No AHE.369/2018/17)
✅ Documents will be verified by competent authorities if required
✅ Admission will be finalized by the Admission Committee
✅ Students must collect their Identity Card on the admission date
✅ If there is a gap year, a ‘Gap Certificate’ is required
✅ Correct bank details must be submitted to avail Govt. schemes like scholarships, hostel reimbursement, textbook grants, etc.

📜 Documents Required for Higher Secondary Admission

📌 Original & Self-Attested Copies of:
✔ Certificate from last attended school (HSLC or equivalent)
✔ Marksheet of HSLC or equivalent
✔ Caste Certificate (for reserved category candidates)
✔ Address Proof
✔ Migration Certificate (if passed from a board other than SEBA)
✔ NCC/EC Certificate (if applying under the NCC/EC quota)
✔ Income Certificate (Optional)
✔ Applicant’s Bank Passbook
✔ Domicile Certificate (PRC/Voter ID/NRC/Aadhar/Birth Certificate/BPL Card/Passport)

⚠ All original documents must be produced at the time of admission.

🎓 Undergraduate Admission Procedure (B.A./B.Sc. 1st Semester)

🔹 Step 1: Log in to 👉 www.mccollegeonline.co.in
🔹 Step 2: Click ‘Apply Online’ → Select ‘New Enrollment’
🔹 Step 3: Register and pay the enrollment fee through the payment gateway
⚠ Use a valid mobile number & email ID
🔹 Step 4: Download the Prospectus and read it carefully
🔹 Step 5: Log in again and fill up the Online Application Form
🔹 Step 6: Upload soft copies of required documents along with a photo
🔹 Step 7: Submit the hard copy of the application form at the College Office
🔹 Step 8: The Merit List will be published on the college notice board
🔹 Step 9: Selected candidates must attend the interview and bring original documents

💡 Important Guidelines:
✅ Students applying for free admission must upload:
✔ Income Certificate
✔ Photograph of a Sapling Plantation (as per Assam Govt. rules)
✅ Only online payments are accepted via Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI
✅ Admission will be finalized by the Admission Committee
✅ Gap Certificate is required if HS was passed before the current year

✔ Migration Certificate (if passed HS from a board other than SEBA)
✔ NCC/EC Certificate (if applying under the NCC/EC quota)
